About the Journal

Beginner: Journal of Teaching and Education Management is a leading journal in educational institutions that focuses on integrative local wisdom in teaching and education management. The journal promotes research and scholarly discussion on the holistic and progressive teaching and management of education with local wisdom in both formal and non-formal settings. Its scope includes, but is not limited to, the integration of local wisdom values in teaching and educational management, leadership in education, human resource development in schools, curriculum management, and implementing modern management practices rooted in local wisdom. The journal emphasizes a comprehensive approach that unifies  moral and academic dimensions to address contemporary challenges in teaching and education management based on local wisdom.

Beginner: Journal of Teaching and Education Management is published two times a year (June and December).
